Information we collect

Depending on what you choose to do, we or the services connected to HomeBase may receive:

• Contact and inquiry details: your name, email, phone number, message, and information you choose to share about buying, selling, moving, or a property.
• Real estate preferences: searches, saved properties, requested alerts, account information, and appointment preferences when you use those features.
• Technical information: browser and device information, IP address, pages visited, approximate location derived from IP, and site-performance or security logs.

Please avoid including sensitive financial or identity documents in general website messages.

How we use information

• Respond to your requests, questions, and property inquiries.
• Provide requested listing searches, saved searches, updates, consultations, and related services.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve HomeBase.
• Understand website use and measure Facebook or Instagram advertising when optional Meta tracking is enabled and you consent.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations and protect the integrity of our services.

We do not use inquiry details to send unwanted competing-agent solicitations.

Website tools and service providers

HomeBase uses or links to third-party services, which may process data needed for their features:

• IDX Broker and other real estate search services for listings, accounts, saved searches, and alerts.
• Elfsight, Google Maps, and similar services for interactive website widgets, maps, and local content.
• Cloudflare for hosting, security, site delivery, and consent management.
• Scheduling, home valuation, real estate marketing, and contact tools when you choose to use them.

Those services may have separate policies and may set their own necessary cookies or collect information when a feature loads or you use it.

Optional Meta Pixel and cookies

If activated, our Meta Pixel / Conversions API integration helps us understand visits and actions connected to Facebook and Instagram advertising. Depending on your choices and the event, information sent to Meta may include website activity, page URLs, browser and device data, cookie identifiers, and other permitted event data.

We intend to request your choice for this optional advertising measurement. You can reject it and still browse HomeBase; some separate property-search or account features may use their own cookies.

Sharing and outside links

We share information with the service providers that help deliver features you request, support our operations, or fulfill legal and security obligations. If you permit Meta advertising measurement, certain website activity can also be shared with Meta. We do not sell or rent your directly submitted inquiry information or operate a marketplace that sends your inquiry to competing agents.

Links to IDX Broker, social media, Google, or other websites take you to services controlled by others. Their practices are governed by their own privacy statements.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can decline optional Meta advertising tracking through the consent prompt when available, change your choice through the control above, or use browser cookie settings. You can choose whether to submit inquiry forms or register for real estate search features.

You may contact us to request information about, correct, or ask us to delete personal information we hold, or to discuss marketing preferences. Applicable laws may provide additional rights, and certain records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable operational safeguards and established service providers to protect information. No internet service is completely secure. We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, respond to requests, satisfy legal obligations, or resolve disputes, and then delete or de-identify it as appropriate.

Children and policy updates

HomeBase is intended for people exploring real estate and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, please contact us.

We may update this policy as our tools and practices change. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
